Yes yes I know, time has flown by sooooo fast! It´s so awesome! I will definitely be missing my district family.... pero esta bien. Yo se que we shall be emailing a lot to each other! Ok so I have written a list about what to write in this email! Finally I know cuz im like everywhere!
Entonces, ultimo semana, i had a dream that i was called on to speak in General Conference......... 0_o I know crazy huh? Another thing, if you plan on sending me a letter..... wait til I´m in New York hahah. I haven't received anyone's letters so..... yeah haha.
Another thing, someone here knows my brother Alec! She met him at EFY in Cali. This is a small world we live in! Another highlight of this past week was that we all (us in the district) were doing TALL (online spanish learning) and idk why, but i was just tapping my foot and everyone started to make their own beats hahaha it was pretty great!
Another funny thing this week is that while we were watching a devotional (im one of the ushers so i have to be on patrol for Elders who are being weird) and someone throws up in the aisle....... Ok not very funny but it was just ridiculous! I barely was able to listen to the devo that was soooooo good!
Ok one thing to look forward to and that is..... Elder Sewell is coming tomorrow!!!!!!! Thats exciting! Hermana DeGroff and I are so excited for him!!!! It's like a reunion of friends!!! I love it! Ok another thing, I have become the expert at killing mosquitos!!! there are so many of them here!!! no joke!
Ok my spiritual experience for this week.... so remember the devotional where someone threw up? Well, before that i heard a great quote that Elder Bednar (he was the one speaking) said and that was:
"You can not force the message into the hearts of men..."
What does this mean? Well, it means that no matter how hard you have worked on a lesson, or how great the lesson is, or how amazing you think that it is going to be.... it will mean nothing unless you have the Holy Ghost there to testify of it's surety. El Espíritu Santos es muy importante por cuando ustedes testifiquen en cuanto al Evangelio de Jesucristo. The Spirit is felt so strong with me when i share the First Vision and it gets me everytime. I love to be a missionary and I'm so excited for New York!!!!!
